We were first approached, by Keith from Castle Comfort Centre, while Kevin, one of our lead developers, was looking to get a stair lift fitted for his Mum. That initial contact has developed into a long term and very rewarding partnership between C.C.C. and PG54.
Keith had heard that Google was about to change the way it listed it's results and favour web sites that were designed to work on mobile phones. While this was, and is true, it's little bit more complicated than it may at first appear and there are many, many hoops that you need to jump though in order to get Google to look upon your site favourably.
We are very proud of what we have so far achieved for Keith and his team but this is still very much a work in progress and the project is developing on a daily basis.
"Responsive Sites" or the ability to have a single site that can be accessed from a large screen desktop PC to a small, hand held Smartphone, is the current "trend" and is quickly becoming the standard for all sites.
